You can’t grow if you don’t let go!

Successful people only focus on the stuff they can control.

They don’t get in the weeds with stuff that is out of their control.

We either have an internal Locus or external Locus

Internal means we think we control everything. They didn’t buy my widget because I didn’t do a very good job in my presentation

External means it is out of our control. They didn’t buy because of COVID and they’re uncertain about the direction of the market.

Most successful people are internal Locus and are Humbly narcissistic.

But if you cant release some of the things that you do then how can you grow?

You cant

You have to find a way to delegate menial tasks so you can focus on the stuff you are the most passionate about.

Then you are excited to come to work and explore the day and market yourself.

Having a huge business is great but most of us make our best money when we are small and find ways to get excited about our work
